Athletics Internal Operations Coordinator

Felician University is presently seeking a professional sports administrator to serve as the Internal Operations Coordinator.  The Coordinator assists the Director of Athletics and all coaches in the organization, management and administration of strategies that relate to the goals and objectives of the athletics programs.  In collaboration with the Director of Athletics, s/he prepares and manages the financial aspects of the athletic teams including but not limited to: budget, travel, operations and fund-raising.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a college or university Department of Athletics setting; excellent physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to work collaboratively with students, assistant coaches and team managers; strong written and verbal communications skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
