Felician College Community College Partnership Programs
Felician College has developed innovative partnership programs that make it easy
for students at New Jersey community colleges to earn their bachelor’s degree on-site
at their community college. This is possible because Felician College has synced
its curriculum with the community colleges to create a seamless transition to Felician
bachelor’s degree completion programs in various subjects.

Community college students wishing to earn their bachelor's degree on-site at their
community college can now follow a sequence of courses from their freshman year
at the community college. Students will earn an associate's degree and possibly
some additional credits from their community college and then seamlessly transition
to upper level courses offered by Felician College on-site at their community college.
If students follow this sequence from their first year, they will earn a bachelor's
degree in about four years without having to transfer or commute.
This program allows students to transition instead of transfer and provides the
convenience of earning your degree in your own back yard. It also reduces the added
cost of commuting and saves valuable time you might spend commuting elsewhere to
complete your bachelor's degree.
These degree completion programs also make the overall cost of obtaining your bachelor's
degree more affordable as you can earn the majority of your credits at your community
college, at the lowest cost available for college course work. Felician College
also offers one of the most affordable tuition rates among New Jersey's private
institutions and also offers scholarships to qualified students participating in
the Felician portion of the degree completion program.
Best of all, unlike transferring from your community college to another four year
school, this transition program ensures that, if you follow the sequence from your
freshman year, you will be able to transfer all of your applicable credits. This
eliminates the worry and hassle of shopping around for a four-year school that will
accept the highest number of your transfer credits.
This program is open to current students at the community college as well as alumni
of the community college, members of the local community and students not originally
from this community college. However, in this case, or in the case that students
currently enrolled in the community college did not follow the sequence of prescribed
courses from their freshman year, students may need to take additional courses at
the community college to obtain the necessary pre-requisites before they can enter
courses in Felician's degree completion programs.
