Felician College Announces the Winning Presentations from “A Taste of Rutherford”

On a chilly spring evening, 275 people gathered on the Rutherford campus of Felician College to sample cuisine provided by food and dining establishments from Rutherford’s trendy restaurant district.  Restaurateurs prepared and donated two or more trays of their most popular dishes to be served at this function.  Participants had the opportunity to sample a food specialty from each of the participating restaurants.  Judges sampled and rated items for the best food in several specialty categories.
