The Division of Business and Management Science is a shining example of our quality
programs and academic excellence. In addition to being accredited by the Middle
States Association of Colleges, the following Felician College
business programs are accredited by International Assembly of Collegiate
Business Education (IACBE): Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management,
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration with a concentration in Accounting, and the Associate of Arts
Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Administration. The Division of Business has
a unique and entrepreneurial spirit - it is innovative, dynamic, visionary, on the
cutting edge and highly responsive to the needs of students, corporations and the
workforce. This spirit is quickly earning Felician a reputation as a leader in business
education in New Jersey.
This can be seen in the relationships we have built with
such leading New York-area corporations as United Parcel Services, the Federal Reserve
Bank of New York, Citibank and Wachovia Bank. Felician has provided these companies
with innovative continuing education and degree programs on-site for their employees.

major at Felician, you will gain the fundamental knowledge of management, organizational
behavior, corporate structure, economics, accounting, marketing, finance, and business
law, all framed with the important cornerstone of integrity and ethics. The primary
job of our faculty is to provide you with the knowledge base you require to succeed
as a business professional.
To help design our curriculum, Felician has active oversight
by our business advisory council, which includes presidents, partners, and CEOs
of major North Jersey corporations. This ensures that our curriculum stays current
and market sensitive and that our graduates are always well prepared. You will graduate
from a highly respected business program imbued with values and be well prepared
for success.
A close-knit community, business students also participate in clubs
and activities that build relationships and networks for the future. For example,
Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) is an innovative student group who develop skills
by learning and putting into proactive practice the principles of free enterprise.
Working in teams, they undertake projects that use free market economic principles,
entrepreneurial strategies and management skills to achieve stated objectives and
goals. Felician's SIFE group recently placed second in competition with other such
groups from colleges and universities around the country.
