| IF YOU ARE A VETERAN ENTITLED TO 100% BENEFIT
FROM THE POST 9/11 GI BILL, YOU CAN ATTEND FELICIAN COLLEGE COMPLETELY FREE! |
What is the Post 9/11 Bill?
This bill provides funding for college tuition and fees and a stipend for housing
and books. Tuition can be funded at rates ranging from 40% to 100% depending on
your length of service and may be eligible for transfer to your dependents. Generally,
anyone in active duty for 36 months for longer after September 10, 2001 is eligible
for 100% of this benefit that goes into effect on August 1, 2009. Please consult
the VA Administration for verification and details.
What is the Yellow Ribbon Program?
 |
The Yellow Ribbon Program allows colleges to voluntarily enter
into an agreement with the VA to ensure that the student has 100% of his/her tuition
covered at the private school, between funds from the college and additional government
funds. |
|   |
 |
Many private schools have chosen not to participate in the Yellow
Ribbon program, and some have chosen to participate but only agreeing to fund 10
to 20 veterans.
But Felician College is very committed to supporting our veterans. Not only are
we participating – we will also fund an unlimited number of veterans.
|
This means that every veteran who is entitled to 100% benefit from the Post 9/11
GI Bill can attend Felician College completely free. Not only will our tuition be
completely covered – you will also have all your fees covered as well as a stipend
for books and housing.
That’s right! Whether you want to earn your bachelor’s degree or master’s degree, you can do so at Felician College, where you will find a caring environment with small classes and a lot of personal attention.
