Felician College has over 35 international students from 20 different countries around the world. Our goal is to encourage a strong sense of international diversity in an effort to bring the students to their highest potential personally, academically, and professionally in an accommodating and supportive environment.

Checklist for International Students
(Students Requiring a Student Visa)

The following credentials must be submitted to the Office of International Student Services before an international student can be considered for acceptance to Felician College:

Completed Application for Admission
   
Typed, 500 word personal statement
   
Application fee of $30.00 (U.S. Dollars)
   
Official evaluation of High School and College transcripts by World Education Services.*
   
Official SAT or TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores.  A minimum of a 500-550 on the written TOEFL test and 200 on the computer-based test is required for acceptance.

The Application deadlines are as follows:
    July 1 for the Fall Semester
    December 1 for the Spring Semester

After all the above credentials have been received, a decision regarding acceptance will be rendered. Upon acceptance to Felician College and before the I-20 Immigration Form can be issued, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SERVICES:

Letter of support from a designated sponsor.
   
Affidavit of Financial Support from that sponsor showing a minimum of:
  $28,550 (U.S. Dollars) for Resident Students
$20,200 (U.S. Dollars) for Commuter Students
    
Official bank statement or income tax forms providing evidence of financial ability.
 

A non-refundable tuition deposit of $100(U.S. Dollars) is required before students are able to register for classes.


*Students wishing to receive transfer credit for college-level courses taken in his/her country will be required to submit an official course-by-course evaluation from:
