Quick Facts

Since its inception in 1973, the Felician College MLT Program has been able to boast that 100% of its graduates who have sought employment in the field have found it.

Area employers call the MLT Program Office frequently, seeking employees from among the graduates and current students.  Many of these employers call Felician College BEFORE THEY ADVERTISE, as a Felician College MLT student or graduate is considered a “sure thing”.

The MLT Program maintains an updated JOBS Board at the College, where both advertised and un-advertised positions are posted for students and graduates.

The MLT field provides an individual with the opportunity to work full-time, part-time, half time, per-diem, days, nights, evenings, weekends. etc.  This kind of flexibility is ideal for practically any person’s life demands.

Upon successful completion of the MLT-AD Program graduates are eligible to sit for the National Registry Examination administered by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists www.ascp.org/bor or the National Credentialing Agency for Medical Laboratory Personnel (NCA).
