A Message From the Director

The Division of Teacher Education opens its doors to all eligible students who wish to enter into our community of learners. We celebrate the gifts of children in the Felician Spirit of lifelong learning, and promote our President’s message of “students first.”

Your dreams are something that no one can take from you. But to make them come true, you need knowledge, proper guidance, renewed spirituality, and confidence in yourself. At Felician College, we designed our Teacher Education Program to address all these issues, and to provide you with a comprehensive liberal arts education so you graduate as a well-rounded individual.

Please join us in working collaboratively with pre-service general education and special education teachers, graduate students, faculty, staff, and children in both private and public area schools. We also work with numerous community outreach projects, giving our students and faculty further experience in the "real world."  We promise you will reap personal and professional rewards as you learn to put children first.

With this, and a further-developed faith and love in God and your community, you will shine as a teacher and be the light your students need to help them achieve their dreams!
