As a part of Felician College’s coaching staff since 1997, Coach Ben “JR” DiNallo was a member off the original women's basketball and softball coaching staff.  JR has seen the athletic program grow into one of the more respected programs in the area in a short amount of time.  In addition to serving as the head coach for the women's basketball and soccer programs, he is an assistant athletic director.

Before joining Felician College, Coach DiNallo served at two of the state's most respected catholic high schools.   From 1990-1996, he was a member of the Immaculate Heart Academy's coaching staff.   For four of those years he was the head varsity soccer coach, twice being named All-Suburban Coach of the Year.  During those four years he compiled a record of 69-48-7.  He was also an assistant coach on the girls' basketball and softball staffs.  After Leaving IHA, he joined the staff of the Academy of the Holy Angels where he was the head girls' varsity soccer coach for four years and the assistant head girls' basketball coach for two.  JR brings to Felician a great knowledge of recruiting in northern New Jersey and Rockland County in New York.
